Halloween is a time for creativity, spookiness, and fun. One unique and artistic way to enhance the festivities is by leveraging zombie coloring pages.
Here's a list of innovative ways to repurpose zombie coloring pages for an unforgettable Halloween experience:
Party Invitations
Take your colored zombie pages and trim them down to your preferred invitation card size. Attach them to the front of a blank card using adhesive or glue.
Write party details on the inside. The colorful zombie illustrations will set a spooky mood right from the invite!
Place Mats
After coloring your zombie pictures, take them to a print or craft shop to laminate them, making them spill-proof. Arrange them on your dining table during your Halloween feast for an eerie dining experience.
Pumpkin Stencils
Trace or photocopy your zombie coloring sheet onto transparent tracing paper. Tape the design onto your pumpkin and use it as a guide to carve out the intricate zombie details.
Place a candle or light inside for a glowing zombie apocalypse effect on your porch.
Zombie Hunt Game
Cut out the free zombie coloring page and perhaps attach them to cardboard for rigidity. Conceal them in various nooks and crannies in your home or garden graves.
Provide children with clues or a checklist, and let the zombie attacks begin!
Door Hangers
Trim and laminate the colored zombie designs for durability. Use a hole puncher at the top center of each design and thread a ribbon or decorative string through.
Hang these on bedroom doors or the front door for a ghoulish greeting.
Mask Making
Once you've colored the zombie creatures, corpses, werewolf, vampires, etc., cut around the face, leaving a margin. Punch holes near the ears and tie an elastic band or string through for a secure fit.
Kids, teenagers, and adults can wear this DIY mask and be main characters during Halloween festivities.
Cupcake Toppers:
Reduce the size of the colored zombie images using a photocopier, and then cut them out. Adhere each mini zombie heads to the top of a toothpick using tape or glue.
Insert these toppers into freshly frosted cupcakes for a spooky surprise.
Zombie Paper Dolls
After coloring and cutting out the zombies, attach small tabs of folded paper or cardstock to the base of each figure. Set a backdrop using cardboard, drawing, or pasting scenes like graveyards, haunted houses, and garden warfare.
Now, you can move and display your Frankenstein zombies in various poses.
Gift Bags
Choose smaller zombie designs or ones that fit your bag's dimensions. Color and cut them out. Attach them to plain paper gift bags using glue, ensuring they're firmly in place.
Fill the bags with Halloween goodies and distribute them to your guests or trick-or-treaters.
